BETHANY, Okla. – Southwestern Christian University upended Oklahoma Baptist 4-0 Tuesday at Cagle Family Field.

The Eagles and Bison played a scoreless first half, but the SCU offense caught fire in the second frame and scored four unanswered goals. The win moved SCU to 11-4-1 overall and 5-3 in Sooner Athletic Conference play.

BARTLESVILLE, Okla. – Southwestern Christian University fell 3-0 to Oklahoma Wesleyan before topping Dallas Christian (Texas) 3-0 Tuesday at the Mueller Sports Center.

The Lady Eagles were upended by Oklahoma Wesleyan 25-18, 25-15 and 25-18 in their first match of the day. SCU rebounded by beating Dallas Christian 25-19, 25-17 and 25-14 in its afternoon match to improve to 10-18 overall.

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. – Southwestern Christian University's Carlos Ardila carded a second-round 81 and took a share of 35th place Tuesday in the NCCAA men's Golf National Championships at the Hombre Golf Club.

The freshman from Cucuta, Colombia, upped his total score to a 12-over par 75-81—156 and tied for 35th place with Nathaniel Goddard, of Colorado Christian, Ryne Thompson, of Lee (Tenn.) and Jamie Youree of Dallas Baptist (Texas). Ardila finished the second day of competition 15 shots off the pace set by Oklahoma Wesleyan's David Ryan

THE COLONY, Texas – Southwestern Christian University carded a final round 317 and finished in a tie for 12th place Tuesday in the Classic at the Tribute at the Tribute Golf Club.

SCU finished with a final score of 299-317—616 on the par-72, 6,927-yard course and tied for 12th place with Garden City (Kan.). The Eagles finished the tournament 47 shots behind first place Midwestern State (Texas).

BETHANY, Okla. – Southwestern Christian University fell 3-1 to Oklahoma Baptist Tuesday at Cagle Family Field.

The Lady Eagles managed to put four of their 11 shots on target but failed to find the back of the net and lost 3-1 to the Lady Bison. SCU moved to 7-9 overall and 2-6 in Sooner Athletic Conference play with the loss.
