Four women's basketball players from the Lady Eagles 2011-2012 squad were recognized for their outstanding performances this season at both the NAIA and NCCAA levels.

Senior Allie McIntosh was one of ten selected as a member of the NCCAA All-Central Region Team. The five-foot-six guard from Oklahoma City spent her last season of her collegiate career averaging nine points and five rebounds a games as she led the Lady Eagles to a 13-16 overall record.

McIntosh was also one of ten selected to the NAIA's All-MCAC Team. 

Junior transfer Ciara Thomas was named the MCAC Newcomer of the Year after averaging nine points and three rebounds a game for SCU. Thomas joined the Lady Eagles this season as a five-foot-eight guard from Oklahoma City. She spent her previous two seasons playing at Northern Oklahoma College. 

Porchea Sanders and Jordan Gooch were both named Honorable Mention for the All-MCAC Team. Sanders, a five-foot-five junior guard, led the team in scoring with 11 points and four rebounds per game. Freshman forward Jordan Gooch pulled down an average of six boards per game while tacking on an average of seven points. 

The Lady Eagles will compete in the NCCAA Central Regional Tournament on March 8th-10th at Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, Colorado.
